Details

This policy is a key part of the Department for Transport’s internal control framework and specifically covers the department’s approach to business continuity management (BCM). This policy applies to all parts of the Department for Transport and its executive agencies and all of the activities it undertakes. The department’s non-departmental public bodies (NDPBs) and those treated as NDPBs are to decide what BCM arrangements they need to have in place, using this policy as a guide.
