This form is to cancel an entry in the Land Charges Registers where the applicant is not:
- the beneficiary of the Land Charge or
- an assignee of the beneficiary
and the applicant does not have a Court Order or Land Tribunal order directing cancellation of the entry. You can only use this form in special circumstances and with the prior consent of the Registrar.
