Details

Use this form if you have paid off a mortgage to apply to remove the mortgage from the register. You will also need to send in a form DS1 completed by the lender.

  1. A side note to panels 8 and 9 have been amended to remove reference to now withdrawn practice guide 67A.

We also added a note to clarify that only professional customers will have a key number and a note about the identity evidence panels, to specify that a separate box must be used for each party.
