This guide is for organisations involved in delivering the Care to Learn (C2L) scheme in the 2022 to 2023 academic year.

The guide sets out the funding rules for C2L, as well as providing information about the application process and payments. Organisations must be able to show they comply with it at any audit.

Organisations who need further help should contact the Student Bursary Support Service (SBSS) who administer C2L on behalf of the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA).
