Details of the application
Carol Gurney, Christopher Hay Gurney, Sara Catherine Eley and Elizabeth Sara Ann Gurney have applied to the Environment Agency to vary a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number AN/036/0018/008 to abstract water from the River Stour at National Grid Reference (NGR) TM 04096 34366 for the purpose of transferring it without intervening use to maintain a wet grassland.
The variation applied for is: relocating the abstraction point to NGR TM 03678 35131.
