Adds the maximum allowed fill for the transportation of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to the dangerous goods regulations (exception notice 2).

Details

This exception notice updates dangerous goods regulations to include information about the maximum allowed fill of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) when transporting it in Great Britain.

It came into effect on 25 February 2005 and remains valid until revoked.

The Department for Transport can issue exception notices to the dangerous goods regulations, which include the recognition of certain standards.
