Details

This exception notice recognises a list of pressure vessel codes for the design and construction of portable tanks in line with chapter 6.7 of RID and ADR.

It came into effect on 11 November 2014 and remains valid until revised or withdrawn.

The Department for Transport can issue exception notices to the dangerous goods regulations, which include the recognition of certain standards.
