Concluding statements of Charity Commission regulatory casework.

Exceptionally, the Charity Commission publishes a case concluding statement (previously ‘regulatory case report’) for its non-inquiry casework where:

• it is appropriate and proportionate to publish a report
• there is significant public interest in the case and its outcome
• other charities need to be aware of the issues or lessons in the case

After 2 years concluding statements are withdrawn. You can view archived case reports on the National Archives website.

You can also view the Charity Commission’s statements on live cases or reports on statutory inquiries.
