This competition was briefed at our CDE Innovation Network event on 21 October 2015 in London and at a webinar on 3 November 2015..
The competition closed on 11 November 2015 at 5pm. Feedback will be provided to bidders in early January 2016.
Total funding for phase 1 of this competition is £2 million.
