This form should be used to notify Companies House of a cessation to act as an administrative receiver, receiver or manager of a company’s property or undertaking.
If the date of cessation is before 6 April 2013 complete Part A of the form.
If the date of cessation is after 6 April complete Part B of the form.
Forms need to be printed at full size on white A4 sized paper.
