The Commission have advised in Decision 2019/C410/07, dated 6 December 2019 of the change of name of an exporter of ceramic tableware and kitchenware in the People`s Republic of China:

This is subject to the anti-dumping duty rate of 17.9%.
The Commission has examined the information supplied and concluded that the change of name in no way affects the findings of Regulation (EU) 2019/1198.
The company may still benefit from the duty rate applied by regulation 2019/1198.
