Secretary of State’s screening decisions in accordance with the Electricity Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2017:

• to add a third wire to 640m of existing 11kV overhead line
• replace existing transformer to support single phase to 3 phase
• replace 5 wood poles
• erect an additional pole to aid the transformer upgrade
• add 3 additional stays
