Details

The Chancellor has written to Sir John Armitt to set out the terms of reference for the National Infrastructure Commission study on economic regulation. The study will look at how to ensure regulators have the ability to encourage investment, promote competition and innovation, and meet the needs of consumers in the 21st-century.
