Changes to Air Passenger Duty rates from 1 April 2025
This tax information and impact note sets the rates of Air Passenger Duty from 1 April 2025.

Details
Rates will increase in line with the forecast retail price index and the standard and higher rates will be further adjusted to account for recent high inflation. These changes will make sure that Air Passenger Duty receipts keep more in line with inflation and that the aviation sector continue to make a fair contribution to the public finances.
