Changes to pay protection

From 1 October 2014 pay protection will no longer be applicable to any award that is, or has previously been, withdrawn or not renewed.

The letter explains that pay protection will cease to exist from 1 October 2014 and the implications for anyone who has held either a Distinction award or Clinical Excellence award that was not renewed or has expired and are currently in receipt of pay protection.
