From 1 January 2026:  Move 2nd MMR dose to 18 months for children born on or after 1 July 2024. Children aged 18 months to 3 years 4 months on 1 January 2026 (DOB on or before 30 June 2024) will remain on the current MMR 2nd dose schedule and be offered their 2nd MMR dose at 3 years 4 months.
