Use the online service (CH459) to tell the Child Benefit Office that your child aged 16 or over has left approved education or training.

How to use the online form
You’ll need to either:
- sign in with your Government Gateway user ID and password (if you do not have a user ID, you can create one when you first try to sign in)
- use your email address to get a confirmation code that you can use to sign in
Only the Child Benefit claimant can tell the Child Benefit office about a change of circumstances.
Email HMRC to ask for this form in Welsh (Cymraeg).
