Research report looking at the Child Benefit claim form and guidance notes amended by HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC). The research tests whether there is an improvement in error rates between the current (October 2008) and the proposed new Child Benefit form, and the report suggests areas which could be revised to improve error rates further.
