The Department for Education ran a series of surveys with parents who applied for expanded childcare entitlements for children aged 9 months to 2 years old.

This report presents findings from waves 2 and 3 of the childcare experiences survey. These waves cover the period when parents could access the entitlement for up to 15 hours of funded childcare. It also includes findings from follow-up surveys exploring changes in parents’ experiences of applying for and using the entitlement.
