Details

This guidance is provided to Parole Board members considering children’s and young people’s cases. The information should not be considered as guidance that Parole Board members must follow but as useful guidance to aid members considering these types of cases.

This guidance is under revision following the introduction of the Member Case Assessment (MCA) process and references to the old Intensive Case Management (ICM) process are no longer relevant.
