On 28 October 2015, The City & Guilds of London Institute (City & Guilds) gave Ofqual an undertaking which sets out the steps it will take to secure compliance with our ‘General Conditions of Recognition’, specifically:

• C3.1(a) and C3.1(b) - Arrangements with Publishers

City & Guilds have undertaken to review their arrangements for endorsement of course materials.

In line with general condition B8, City & Guilds must now take all the steps identified in the undertaking. We may take further action if it doesn’t follow through on it’s commitments.
