Respond by 31 December 2012. Consultation seeking views on proposals to make a flexible range of remedies available to enforcers, and possibly the courts. These remedies aim to increase business compliance with the law, improve redress for consumers affected by the breach, and empower consumers to exercise greater consumer choice.
