This document is for sponsors, and for organisations that want to get a sponsorship licence. It is an appendix to the full policy guidance on sponsoring a worker or student.

It lists the civil penalties that may make UK Visas and Immigration decide to refuse your application for a sponsorship licence, give you a B-rating or take your licence away.
