Details

The Fast Stream is the Civil Service’s flagship graduate-level leadership and management development programme. It aims to equip some of the brightest citizens with the knowledge, skills and networks they need to be future Civil Service leaders and managers, capable of delivering better policy-making and better public services for the country. This recruitment data is used to help continuously improve the Fast Stream programme.

In September 2024, we launched a reformed Fast Stream, designed to ensure we maintain a programme that meets the needs of a modern government. Our revised offer includes a fully refreshed learning and development curriculum linked to the curriculum set out in the Government Campus.
