The 2018 survey is the Defence Electronics and Components Agency’s (DECA’s) fourth survey.

Our Engagement Index this year increased by 13% and we also saw significant increases across all key themes, including a 13% increase in Leadership and Managing Change.

We are continuing to actively engage with all employees to further build on these successes.
