Details
Civil Service Virtual Teaming comprises a variety of modules which help teams have meaningful conversations, build relationships and a sense of awareness around their teams’ performance whilst exploring the current challenging context in which teams are operating.
Teaming means coming together as a team and working towards a common goal. All CS Virtual Teaming modules help to strengthen relationships within teams, supporting both performance and wellbeing. The modules, which can be booked as stand-alone or as a series, are:
- PERMA+R workshops
- the Wellbeing Check-in
- Strengths Discovery
- Civil Service Teaming
- Facing Challenges Together
- Great Virtual Conversations
- Creating Inclusive Virtual Teams
- Maximimising leadership impact when working with virtual teams.
Effective teaming encompasses trust, inclusivity, communication, problem solving, wellbeing and high performance. It uses positive psychology as a way of creating a great performance culture. Credited as the founder of the ‘positive’ branch of psychology, Martin Seligman has spent his career studying the conditions under which we as humans thrive, or fail to do so. The PERMA model is embedded in all CS Virtual Teaming content and tools, along with Psychological Capital, which helps build confidence to personally face challenges and learned optimism theory in practical application.
This learning is available to all civil servants, regardless of role, grade or profession.
