Details

The Civil Society Challenge Fund (CSCF) is DFID’s main way of supporting small and medium-sized UK-based civil society organisations. The fund focuses on empowering poor people in developing countries to become more actively involved in the decision-making process that directly affect their lives, as well as supporting service delivery programmes in difficult contexts.

Monitoring and lesson learning visits are an important way of understanding the impact that the fund is having, building relationships with project partners and DFID staff in-country, and learning lessons for the fund more broadly.
