Details

Document sets out the previous rules for authorised companies offering claims management services which applied until 30 September 2014. From 1 October 2014, the Conduct of Authorised Persons Rules 2013 were superseded by the Conduct of Authorised Persons Rules 2014.

This document covers the standards that applied between 8 July 2013 and 30 September 2014 for:

  • running a business
  • dealing with clients

The regulator has the power to vary, suspend or cancel the authorisation of companies that don’t follow these rules.
