The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- revoke the operator licence held by Matthew David Cooper with immediate effect
- disqualify Matthew David Cooper from holding, or being involved in the management of an operator’s licence until 15 February 2020
- disqualify Matthew David Cooper from acting as transport manager until 15 February 2020
- revoke the operator licence held by Clarks Caravan & Boat Haulage Ltd with effect from 23:59 on 17 August 2019
- disqualify Clarks Caravan & Boat Haulage Ltd, Martin John Clark and Paul Simon Clark from holding or being involved in the management of an operator’s licence for a period of 1 year with effect from 17 August 2019
- disqualify Keith David Bute from acting as a transport manager in any member state for a period of 3 years and until he sits and passes again his transport manager CPC examination
- provide a period of grace for 3 months for licences PH1131232 and PF1067354 as detailed in written decision
