Details

These reports and the accompanying sector and target unit open data tables on data.gov.uk give an overview of how sectors and operators have performed against their CCA targets.

They contain:

  • a factual statement on whether each target unit has met its target (or purchased buy-out)
  • the actual emissions for each target unit
  • sector level information about improvements in emissions
  • CO2 emissions as compared to the base year data

  1. Added the 'Climate Change Agreements: biennial progress report for 2021 and 2022'.

Corrected percentages in the Executive summary: There was a 17% reduction in overall emissions reported during TP4 from the 53 sectors in the CCA scheme.' and bullet 'when base year emissions were adjusted (to account for changes to throughput between the base year and TP4), emissions reduced by 9.33 million tCO2e (by 17.9%)".
