18 January 2021	Rule 3.1.2 – Text revision to EU references following the end of the transition period for the UK exiting the EU. Rule 6.3 – Text revision to include the impacts of COVID-19 on Target Period 4 performance to the list of circumstances which may give rise to adjustments for Target Period 4 targets. Rule 6.4 – Text revision to set out how a target unit target may be adjusted to take account of the impacts of COVID-19 on Target Period 4 performance. Annex B – Text revision to add the definition for ‘Annex 1 activities’ following the end of the transition period for the UK exiting the EU.
