This memorandum of understanding (MoU) sets out the working arrangements between the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in relation to the Digital Markets Competition Regime, as set out by Part 1 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (the DMCC Act).
