This memorandum of understanding (MoU) sets out the working arrangements between the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) in relation to any specific work we may undertake in coordination with each other (given our respective roles and regulatory functions) in connection with the enforcement of compliance with consumer protection law in the human fertilisation and embryology sector in Great Britain.
