From 1 April 2014, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) took over the functions of the Competition Commission and the competition and certain consumer functions of the Office of Fair Trading.
The CMA’s second annual report and accounts sets out the department’s performance, achievements and accounts from 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2016.
