CMA Gifts and Hospitality Policy

In accordance with the Civil Service Management Code, the CMA’s Gifts and Hospitality policy sets out the CMA’s rules concerning the acceptance of gifts and hospitality by individuals, however contracted to work for the CMA, to ensure that they do not receive gifts and hospitality which might reasonably be seen to compromise their personal judgement and integrity.

The CMA publishes its register of accepted gifts and/or hospitality by Board Members and staff at SCS2 and above.

The CMA also publishes its register of senior officials business expenses, in accordance with transparency reporting requirements.
