Details

In accordance with the Civil Service Management Code, the CMA’s Gifts and Hospitality policy sets out the CMA’s rules concerning the acceptance of gifts and hospitality by individuals, however contracted to work for the CMA, to ensure that they do not receive gifts and hospitality which might reasonably be seen to compromise their personal judgement and integrity.

The Cabinet Office Code of Conduct for Board Members of Public Bodies requires that gifts or hospitality accepted by Board Members should be recorded in a public register as above.
