This report presents the estimated benefits of the Competition and Markets Authority’s (CMA) work averaged over a 3-year period and the ratio of these benefits to costs.

In the CMA’s second impact assessment, the 3-year average includes costs and benefits of the final year of its predecessor organisations the Office of Fair Trading and the Competition Commission.
