Details

The CMA wrote to Bank of Ireland regarding four breaches of Article 20 of the Order. Bank of Ireland breached the Order by failing to send 1066 customers their Transaction Histories. Bank of Ireland has taken steps to end the breaches, prevent a recurrence and to put things right for affected former customers.
