Details

The CMA wrote to Monzo regarding a breach of Article 20 of the Order. Monzo breached the Order by failing to send Transaction Histories to 143,437 former customers. Monzo has now taken steps to end the breach, to prevent a recurrence, and to put things right for affected former customers.
