Somerset Bridge Group Limited breached Part 2 of the Order by failing to provide the correct price of No Claims Bonus Protection to some customers, and by failing to provide information required by the Order on No Claims Bonus Protection to some customers. Around 225,000 customers were affected over a period of up to 5 years.
