Details
The CMA wrote to the Mineral Products Association (MPA) regarding breaches of Clauses 3.1 and 5.1(a) of the Undertakings. The MPA inadvertently received data which could be used as a proxy for Individual Cement Market Data, and engaged a business as a Permitted Third Party without first giving notice to the CMA. This letter sets out the action agreed between the CMA and MPA to remedy the breaches of the Undertakings.
