The CMA has responded to the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero’s consultation Empowering drivers and boosting competition in the road fuel retail market: open data scheme and ongoing monitoring function for road fuel prices.

The CMA recommends the government presses ahead with implementing relevant legislation to fulfil our market study recommendations.
