• revoke the operator licence held by Coach Hire Surrey Limited with effect from 23:45 on 28 February 2019
• disqualify Coach Hire Surrey Limited from holding or obtaining an operators licence or being involved in any entity which holds such a licence for a period of 10 years from 23:45 on 28 February 2018
• disqualify Paul Jones from holding or obtaining an operators licence or being involved in any entity which holds such a licence for a period of 10 years from 23:45 on 28 February 2018
