Being nature positive is one of the 6 key priorities in our sustainability plan.

This plan describes our contribution to a better future for both nature and society.

It includes commitments in line with the Greening Government Commitments and section 6 of the Environment (Wales) Act 2016, which involve protecting and enhancing various aspects of our land and operations to benefit the environment.

We have set 4 main goals in our nature recovery plan:

  • improving the connection between people and nature
  • building and maintaining the value of nature into everything we do
  • connecting and improving nature networks
  • building strong partnerships for nature
