On 23 April 2021, the Secretary of State approved the proposals for length CPH5. Their decision is outlined in the notice.
On 31 August 2021, the Secretary of State approved the proposals for lengths CPH4 and CPH6. Their decision is outlined in the notice.
On 6 April 2022, the Secretary of State approved the proposals for lengths CPH1, CPH2 and CPH3. Their decision is outlined in the notice.
The Secretary of State has also made available a copy of the reports given to them by the Appointed Person relating to objections made about this stretch.
