Coastal access: Section 52 notice for Mablethorpe to Humber Bridge
These notices set out the Secretary of State’s decision to approve the proposals for improving coastal access between Mablethorpe and the Humber Bridge.

Details
On 2 March 2022, the Secretary of State approved the proposals for lengths MHB1, MHB3 and MHB4. Their decision is outlined in the notice.
The revised map MHB 4o (Barton Waterside to Humber Bridge) shows a modification to route sections MHB-1-S111 and MHB-4-S112, and MHB-4-A-001.
On 20 October 2022, the Secretary of State approved the proposals for length MHB2. Their decision is outlined in the notice.
The Secretary of State has also made available a copy of the report given to them by the Appointed Person relating to objections made about this stretch.
The revised map MHB 2e (Coastguard Lookout to Stonebridge Cottages) shows a modification at route section MHB-2-A005.
