Details
On 6 April 2022, the Secretary of State approved the proposals for lengths IOW 4 and IOW 5. Their decision is outlined in the notice.
On 5 May 2023, the Secretary of State approved the proposals for lengths IOW 8 and IOW 9. Their decision is outlined in the notice.
The habitats regulation assessment is a revised and updated version of the original document. This revision is in response to:
- additional information gathered after the publication of reports IOW 2 to IOW 10
- objections and representations received during the consultation on the proposals in those reports
On 28 March 2024, the Secretary of State approved the variation report for Headon Warren (VR1). Their decision is outlined in the notice.
On 7 May 2024, the Secretary of State approved the proposals for length IOW 6. Their decision is outlined in the notice.
On 16 October 2024, the Secretary of State approved the proposals for length IOW 3. This includes approval of modification reports MR1 (Luccombe) and MR2 (Shanklin Chine). Their decision is outlined in the notice.
