Details

On 23 April 2021, the Secretary of State approved the proposals for length WIB1 and their decision is outlined in the notice.

On 6 March 2024, the Secretary of State approved the proposals for lengths WIB2, WIB3, WIB4 and WIB5 and their decision is outlined in the notice.

The Secretary of State has also made available a copy of the reports given to them by the Appointed Person relating to objections made about these sections.
