Details

This regulatory position statement (RPS) is about collecting non-hazardous waste produced at different sites within a single identifiable premises.

The individual sites within the premises must be owned or operated by (or on behalf of) a single owner or occupier. For example, separate:

  • retail units in a shopping mall, retail park, market, hospital or motorway service station
  • tenanted units within a multi-tenant office block
  • tenanted businesses within multiple educational campuses, such as a college or university
