This document contains the following information: Commissioner for the Rights of Trade Union Members final report and accounts 1999 to 2005.

Although the post of Commissioner was abolished on 25 October 1999, there were 58 applications for assistance received in the period before that date and the last of those cases was only finally settled in 2005, hence the delay in the appearance of this final report and accounts.

This paper was laid before Parliament in response to a legislative requirement or as a Return to an Address and was ordered to be printed by the House of Commons.
